Hilton Honors Gamification

Pilot aimed at influencing consumer behavior through incentives and gamification techniques.

Executed solely through trigger email communications, provided consumers with an easily digestible visualization of potential actions, progress, and achievements. The goal was to gain learnings around gamification, but more importantly to create excitement, foster engagement, motivate participants, and increase Hilton Honors loyalty.
